Welcome to Elevate Nourish! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our meal delivery service and website. By placing an order, subscribing, or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Overview

• Elevate Nourish provides freshly prepared meal delivery services through a one-time purchase or weekly subscription model. Our meals are designed to support a healthy lifestyle and are delivered within Ottawa.

2. Ordering and Subscription

• One-Time Orders: Customers may place one-time orders without any minimum order requirements.
• Weekly Subscription: Subscribers receive meals weekly. All subscriptions renew automatically on a weekly basis unless canceled by the customer.
• Cancellations: To cancel a subscription, please log in to your account and cancel before your next billing cycle. Cancellations take effect for the next billing period, and any meals already scheduled for delivery cannot be refunded.

3. Payment Terms

• We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Payments are securely processed via Stripe and WooCommerce. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring weekly basis.
• All prices and fees are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change. Any applicable taxes will be added at checkout.

4. Delivery Policy

• Delivery Area: We currently offer delivery within Ottawa. If you reside in a remote area, please contact us at info@elevatenourish.com to confirm if delivery is available for your location.
• Delivery Fee: A flat fee of $15 is applied to each order within Ottawa.
• Delivery Schedule: Once your order is confirmed, we will notify you of the delivery date and an approximate time window.
• Missed Deliveries: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. If no one is available, the driver will attempt to leave the meals in a safe, designated area. However, Elevate Nourish is not responsible for any loss or spoilage once delivery is made.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Subscription Cancellations: To avoid being charged for the next delivery, please cancel at least 3 days before the next billing cycle.
• Refunds: We do not offer refunds for meals once they are prepared or delivered, except in the case of a quality concern or missed delivery due to an error on our part.
• Quality Concerns: If you receive a meal that does not meet our standards, please notify us within 24 hours at info@elevatenourish.com with a description and photo. We may issue a partial or full refund, credit, or replacement meal at our discretion.

6. Use of Website and Intellectual Property

• All content on our website, including text, images, graphics, and branding, is the property of Elevate Nourish and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written consent.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

8. Limitations of Liability
